When I was younger, I did not have the courage to try new things. I played it safe by only doing what I knew I could achieve. If I tried something new, I had low expectations of what I cold do and settled for poor results. I wasn’t competitive because I had little self-confidence.

The greater our self confidence when beginning something new, the better is our chance of success. But just think if we could raise our confidence to certainty.
What is your attitude about good health? Your first step to good health begins with your attitude.
The idea that good health gives us freedom and energy seems like such a simple one. However, many of us in North America don’t seem to realize it.
What do you need to do to be fully alive? I don’t know. Only you can know what your purpose is. However, I hope that I can help you discover your purpose.

The two most important elements to manage are cash and time, with time being the most important by far. We live in a world where people seem to be in such a hurry to get where they’re going that they don’t really stop and think about where they’re going or why.
We don’t know when we are going to die, and we don’t get to decide how it will happen.
Unfortunately, we are dying from the day we are born. The question to ask isn’t “When are we going to die?” but “How are we going to live before we die?”
We learn not only from formal education but also from life experiences. What we learn can be positive or negative, depending on what experiences we have.
We may have learned lessons that were completely compatible with our gifts and talents. These experiences helped us develop them and prepared us for using them. On the other hand,
Do you have any idea what your potential might be?
I would say that no one knows his or her true potential because it’s limitless. It’s fun to learn about our potential. This is one of the reasons why I recommend that we set goals. Our periodic review of our goals will show us our progress toward realizing our potential.
I believe so strongly in this idea that “Attitude Determines Destiny” that I wrote a book on it. I wanted to write about what I have learned in my life that I would want to pass on to the next generation.
